Thank you for your interest in utilizing the Comprehensive Injury Center (CIC)'s Division of Data Surveillance and Informatics (DDSI) services. Please read the following information to help guide how best to meet your data needs.

Analysis/Visualization - Select this option if you are requesting CIC Data Services to produce a data product. This would include charts, graphs, maps, tables, or any other types of analysis and/or visualization. This option is intended as a one-time request rather than a prolonged usage of the CIC Data Services.

Biostatistical Consulting - Select this if you need statistical guidance for your research project. This can range from basic to comprehensive assistance that includes but is not limited to: study design, methodology, statistical analysis plans, interpretation of results, and visulizations. These projects typically include a source of funding and on-going biostatistcal support. If you choose this, you will be redirected to a form to provide specific information about your project needs, with the level of detail depending on the specific support needed.

Data Access - If your request involves accessing specific information stored within our databases or for us to compile data from a specific source to meet a project need, the data access service is the right choice. Specify which data you are seeking access to and for what purpose, and our data team will process your request. This service is for those requiring access to raw data for various purposes or data that has been prepared but not yet analyzed. *If you know that the data you are requesting to access is housed within the DataShare database environment, please select the DataShare option. If you are unsure, please proceed with the Data Access request form and we follow-up with you directly.
